Message	My 17-40 is a fantastic walk around lens. And I use the 70-200 2.8L for almost everything else. Those specialty lenses like the low light 1.4's come in handy for more things than you might realize. Like when I do some freelance photography at dusk, and in dark buildings where a flash is not desired. The 50 1.4 is a great lens, that is all I can say about it. And the DOF is fantastic. Cue, deleting our convo.
